Hey all. I have owned a 2023 Lariat Ecoboost for 7 months now. I couldn’t be happier. She is fast, powerful, and sips the gasoline. My only complaint is I wish the engine sounded better. These new engines sound so weird. But, don’t let it fool you. Everything I tried, she did with ease, power, and control. Big win! I run 93 in her so I avg 29-34 highway. It doesn’t matter if I’m alone or with my family of 4. It depends on highway slowdowns and stops that will drop the mph closer to 29/30. Around town, 23-26 mpg. By the way, you can potentially void your warranty running 87. Manual says that you can run 87 or higher BUT recommends 91 or higher in order to maintain manufacturer guidelines. Interesting Ford, interesting. Anyway, the Mav is amazing in almost every way.
