I finally join the 700+ mile club. This last tank I went 703.7 miles and got 47.2 MPG. The last 33 miles was after I hit the "0" miles to empty, into the reserves. The total fill up was 14.9 gallons.

I made my 4th full up today at 682 miles on the tank. Only went three miles beyond O MTE and took 14.009 gallons. Calculated to 48.6 MPG. A bit uneasy to go beyond 0 miles to empty.

@Waterick 100% agree. People keep saying there are a couple extra gallons, but I did not enjoy it at all. Now that I hit the 700+, I am not going to do it again. Plus it is getting to hot to not use A/C

Actually hit 702 miles on the tank at today's fill-up. Had 5 MTE. Am retired and most miles are early AM W/O A/C. But, been careful when I drove it also. Took 14.111 gallons. Came out to a hard to believe 49.74 MPG! I did use non-ethanol gas, now that I see I will run the tank down every 5-6 weeks I will try regular 87. This vehicle is most rewarding of thirfty driving and our other vehicle is and has been a Prius for over the last 10 years! I don't think trying to be thrifty helps much with the Prius, but it's always pretty good anyway.

That is awesome. Driving with A/C just kills the MPG. I took a trip with the wife and she had the MAX A/C going and I could just see the MTE dropping like flies. Welcome to the 700 Club.
