I was here back in December thinking about an order. Put it off till now. Just ordered one. Hope my Tacoma with 244,000 miles last.

Having a lot of trouble negotiating around this site. I want to respond to comments but can’t figure out how to get there. If this goes through it is by accident.
I had questions about the tail gate lock. I ordered a base model. I ordered tailgate lock. Does it lock automatically when I lock all the doors or do I have to use a key to lock and unlock the tailgate no matter what I do to the doors? Again. Base model.

@ET bagel And, … I ordered the hard roll up bed cover. Does that lock automatically or do I use a key? Does it e en lock at all?

@ET bagel the tailgate lock is for not being able to remove the tailgate from the bed easily, not the same as what you're thinking

My tailgate lock works when I lock/unlock all the doors. Also have the factory trifold soft bed top.
