There is a group called Indy Overlanders on Facebook. I joined it.
They are having a Camp and Clean event in the Hoosier National Forest March 16th and 17th.
I am heading down on the 15th and will be camping all weekend. Here is the info.
"As you all know, the HNF is littered often by careless people who visit. We will be making an effort during this event to cleanup as many sites as possible, & try to fight back against the litter monsters. Meetup & camping spot will be at the Blackwell Horse Camp. Gloves are recommended, trash bags will be provided. After picking up trash, we will meet back at the Horse Camp and end the day with a campfire, socializing, and camping. "
