We just took ownership of our 2024 Maverick Lariat hybrid in cactus grey. Our original order was placed September 2022 with Gosch in Temecula for an area 51 Lariat hybrid. We never received a confirmation email for our order from Ford. We followed up every few weeks for the status on the order and were always given the runaround.
Short story is we had to place a new order for the cactus grey as Area 51 was discontinued.. This time we went to LE Ford and that was a world of difference. The only thing we added to the order was a sunroof. Order was placed on July 17, 2023 and we received the phone call from the dealer on February 13th.
We had to wait 517 days to get our car since dealing with Gosch, but LE Ford sure made it worth the wait. Right now we are having fun getting goodies for the car and looking forward to enjoying it for many years.
