New England Mavericks

At 5:30 last evening Ford emailed me that the truck is built. 5 weeks to build. I wonder if they saved it to drop in on Christmas Eve? Anyway, what have you fellow New Englanders experienced for time from build to delivery here. My dealer told me they are delivered by train to Western MA, and then trucked the rest of the way. I’m at Sentry Ford in Medford, MA. I’m thinking about 5 weeks. Is that your experience?

They are trained to East Brookfield, MA…..I ordered mine through Marcotte Ford in Holyoke MA

Mine shipped on 12/20 and is moving across Texas now. At the current rate, seems like it would make it to East Brookfield the first weekend in January, but you never know when things get stuck in a yard, detoured due to track issues, etc.

Almost exactly 2 years ago, mine was stuck in Nogales (at least on paper) for a long time. No word from anyone. Dealer, Quirk, Quincy, only had the same info.
So every morning, like the rest of us, when I’d wake up, I’d go online, searching.
One morning, I just googled my VIN, and came upon a shipping summary, showing a bill of lading of a trucker bringing one Maverick (mine, as VINs were shown) one F150, and 4 other vehicles THAT DAY, to the dealer. (Took a screenshot. Still have it!)
That afternoon, the bride and I drove up to see what was what. There she was!
Next day, got paperwork done and she came home.
So, every morning, just try googling your VIN. See what happens.

Shipped 7/18, at dealer 8/10, picked up 8/11.

@MLC2023 I received my notice last week of July 2023 and picked up my XLT hybrid last week of August and I live in Western Mass.

Just an update on my end that might help you out - shipped 12/20 and arrived at the East Brookfield railyard yesterday (15 days). If you can get your railcar number from your dealer or Ford chat, it's a fun game calling the CSX tracker everyday (UP was mostly useless).

Dealer says it'll be later next before it makes it out to the Cape since there are only so many dealers to deliver to (though my Ford tracker updated today from 1/8-1/22 to 1/2-1/15).
