Just like with any refresh or redesign, it looks hideous or polarizing in photos and video. Once you see it in person, it doesn't look nearly as bad. Seeing one out in the real world in what's going to be a common trim, it actually looks pretty good. Same goes for that Desert Sand Lariat that was posted on Facebook. Now I'm really curious to see what my sales manager's order looks like.

I really like the new front end refresh not only are the headlights higher up for better dispersion at night but you get rid of that stupid cheap plastic clip-on grill bar. Also you're gaining a much better sync 4 infotainment system with a larger 13.2-in touch screen.

Also a larger looks to be 8-in digital screen in the gauge cluster across all trims, so that's a bonus for someone buying a lower optioned XL. And also with the lariat you can get the 360 cameras which includes one in the front grill as well as outside rear view mirrors and parking sensors on the front bumper.

Still shocked you can't get a power passenger seat in a Maverick lariat. When I bought my XLT June 1st of 24 I had no idea there was a upcoming refresh or I would have waited and ordered a 25 XLT The only downside is I have no use for all-wheel drive and I don't think you can get a XLT with the luxury package without all wheel drive in the EcoBoost as I don't want to hybrid.

One thing I miss from all my other Ford SUVs in the trucks are the rear backup sensors I wish the XLT with luxury package had them.

The 2025 XLT Lux does have the rear parking sensors, if you get CP 360. Source: that's what I ordered!

But I don't know if the Lux without CP 360 has them...

Yes I know the 25s do, My point was the 24's didn't and you can't get them at all on a 24 xlt except for Lariat.

Nice truck-

Thanks for posting some pictures...

At first glance, I can appreciate the fact that there's no "twist beam" rear suspension on the refresh!!!

As I am but with the Eruption Green. I ordered BAP on my25.
Family in AZ says they have been seeing truck after truck full of Mavs and lots of green ones. Going to be a very popular color! I like it myself and think with BAP it will look great.
