If I was buying it now then probably not because the used car market is so much better for buyers compared to late 2021 when I got my Mav. I wanted more bells and whistles, but settled because I needed a vehicle and wanted a hybrid.

Yes. Although I'd be a bit more hesitant because of the creeping prices. Since the used ones aren't much cheaper, I'd probably go new, although I have bought 16+ used vehicles, this is my first new.

I don't have an XLT, but I was going to order a '25 XL to replace my current XL, until I heard about the fugly re-do of the headlights, and the removal of the physical HVAC controls.

I've got a '23 Lariat hybrid - trading it in on a '25 Lariat hybrid to get the AWD, 4K towing, and Pro Trailer & Hitch Assist features. I only have 'small truck' needs, so this vehicle suits me just fine. And 43 mpg average ain't bad either. Now, if I could keep my wife out of it I'd be happy.

Just an FYI...If you want the Pro Trailer and Hitch Assist, you may want to wait until sometime in November to order as they are a Build 2 feature which opens up for orders in November. Otherwise you could possibly get schedule in Build 1 which will not have those features and you can not add them later.

Yes, I currently have a '22 and have been waiting for the updates. The plan is my brother is purchasing my '22 and I'm getting the '25.

I've got a '24 Lariat hybrid. I had a 22 and 23 EB. I Would buy again. As for pricing everything go up. Every year people want raises and big business wants there profits.

I wouldn't be able to afford the new Tremor. It's $10,000 more than I paid for mine. Yes, it's nicer, but at that price point I'd be looking at Rangers.

Yep - understand that. I've had the conversation with my dealer and will order the '25 as soon as Job 2 order banks open. Assuming, of course, that the dealer still has allocations! General manager told me a couple of weeks ago that they have allocations and I hope that hold's true for a couple of more weeks.

Probably not. My wife would have kept the Escape and I would have gotten a Lightning if today's market existed when I originally ordered my Maverick.

I like my Maverick and am keeping it. But circumstances are different now.
