I'm looking forward to the stock Lobo springs showing up on the used market - I want to lower my truck, but not as far as the Eibach and H&Rs go.I'm guessing that people will try installing existing Eibach, H&R or Goodwin springs right off the bat on a Lobo. I'm certainly curious to see if the spring length and rate are compatible.
makes sense, and should work OK unless they changed the spring rate a lot (I doubt it) or the free length is different (doubt that also, but it's possible).I'm looking forward to the stock Lobo springs showing up on the used market - I want to lower my truck, but not as far as the Eibach and H&Rs go.
I think the Lobo runs the Tremor rear shock with different valving. I can't imagine it will be expensive to upgrade. I would think the biggest improvement in handling would be to add a bigger rear sway bar.makes sense, and should work OK unless they changed the spring rate a lot (I doubt it) or the free length is different (doubt that also, but it's possible).
it of course wouldn't ride like a Lobo, since a Lobo also includes different shocks/struts.
what makes you say that? even if they're cosmetically similar I would doubt that as the Tremor has more than 2" travel over a Lobo and they have very different purposes. the tremor has a soft long travel suspension and the lobo is stiff.I think the Lobo runs the Tremor rear shock with different valving.

Part truth and part marketing spin, I suspect. Thanks for the link!Car and Driver made me say that.
"The suspension setup is unique to the Lobo. It drops the truck 0.5 inch up front and 1.1 inch at the rear, bringing the roof down 0.8 inch. The top mounts are borrowed from the Mustang Mach-E, and the monotube rear dampers come from the Maverick Tremor, though the whole setup is tuned specially for the Lobo."

the posts here and linked articles show it's 0.8". as in 8/10ths..08 inch roof drop ?
WTF ?
what are we gain from less than an inch drop and how much did it cost to design that in? I feel like it’s a complete waste of energy and resources .08 inches. Really ?
The Lobo has paddle shifters. Now give it ST seats and paddle shifters
I really want a horizontal bar grill similar to the 2013-16 Ford Fusion. It gives a wider illusion and is easier to clean/dry than most of the stock optionsHopefully someone addresses that vertical grille with a decent looking replacement that doesn't look like it's trying to be a baby raptor or a semi with wide load lights... just saying...
Maybe Lobo shocks, will fit our xlt,'s lowered on eibachs, for a better/Smoother ridemakes sense, and should work OK unless they changed the spring rate a lot (I doubt it) or the free length is different (doubt that also, but it's possible).

That's how the lobo should come. This is just my opinion, but there is to much hype on lobo. It Needed a bigger motor, and as for looks your photo shop looks great. Then it might be fun on a track. The Lobo looks better even lower, tinted, and with big brakes and Explorer ST wheels
