Mexico plant Maverick production suspended next week from November 1-5

Ugh....mine went "In Production" at the end of last week. I hope they finish it this week!!

If you went in production last week that means your truck is probably on the assembly line so material shortages will probably only affect builds that haven't begun yet I would assume. Mine went in production last week also (10/25 build week).

I wonder how many people are still scheduled for the week of Nov. 1-5. I've seen lots of chatter around production dates pushed recently, so maybe they already moved everyone from next week's production. Here's to hoping my Nov. 15 week isn't affected!

I had a 11/1 production date that was moved to this week.

Don’t like the news, but it’s not surprising. Just like the Army ‘hurry up and wait’. I had a 11/15, 11/22, 11/29 build dates probably getting ready to have December or later date now. Oh well who wants a new truck in the dead of winter anyway.

How are you getting the week changes? I had an 11/15 build date and have not gotten any updates. Only my dealer told me it had moved to 11/22 but that was because he ordered a Mav for his personal use and had an 11/15 date as well. I've not gotten any notices since I got the original build week email.

I have gotten emails both times from Ford, I haven’t heard a word from the dealer since I ordered my EB XLT.

I got an email from my dealer on 10/5 with "Just passing along the good news that your Maverick has scheduled to build. The build week is 11/15.".

It actually was bad news as Ford had already emailed me with the build date of 11/8 on 9/16.

On 10/10 I got Ford's email with "Your Production Date has changed to 11/15".

Damn it, I was scheduled to be built that week. Damn these material shortages. We need to get those ports and supply chains up and running here. It’s going for being shut down 2 days or so to a full week almost. That’s getting pretty bad. This is a very deflating moment
