These pics are a lot better and more useful than the previous sightings of the truck on 19s, and the other one is very interesting with BlueCruise and ProTrailer, or whatever it has. Those devices duct taped to the hood are really interesting, no idea what they could be.

The Tremor tire change is likely due to Falken killing off the Wildpeak AT3W. Perhaps the AT4W wasn't available in time, or perhaps it's just heavier, more costly, etc than Ford wants and they switched to the Goodyear.

It won't be - that is Sync 4.
I doubt Ford will offer an official retrofit/upgrade kit. I've only seen that once, several years ago when 3G was being sunset and they offered a kit to upgrade several late-model vehicles onto LTE.

but... once a maverick is built with sync4, it actually should make it a heck of a lot easier to hack in your own sync4. And I would bet the larger screen will not be supported on non-sync4 audio modules, but someone will try it and find out.

I am hoping that they did not change the front end at all...that the bumper and lights are the same size/shape. That way if it turns out I like the headlights of the 25... I can hopefully find a pair and swap in the new style and hope that it ends up being plug/play. I dont have any issues with my 23, but I was never fully into the styling of the headlights, especially when they are on (with the exception of the Lariat accent white light)

Mine works well, but the cubby hole is dumb.
Hey, that's where my garage remote lives!

I like the bigger screen but don't like the on screen controls. I prefer knobs.
Same here. Physical controls can be operated without taking your eyes off the road. Screens and on-screen HVAC, etc. controls are more likely to cause distracted driving accidents and rear-end collisions in particular.

Lights are definitely different.

There's a 7.1 pound difference between the two in the 235/65R17 size offered on the Tremor and upgraded wheels/tire combo...yikes.

Thats what I am assuming. Its a refresh, so slight changes everywhere. I assume the current styling design around the Ford logo on the front grill that leads on/over the headlights is changed for the 25. in which would mean the front bumper is now a different shape/design which leads into the headlight that is redesigned. So if the headlight is changed in any way, the front bumper will be and the whole front end as well. So I know its futile to think that they will be swappable.... but one can still hope... :)

thanks for doing that legwork. I'm a big fan of the AT3W, and I've been in a few AT4W threads and people noticed on the specs that it's a considerably heavier tire.

I'm not so sure they are doing away with the physical controls, but maybe they will. Redundancy would be nice. If you like the screen? Use it. Physical buttons and dials? Use em!

They aren't showing a single piece of the door panels, dash, etc.... I'm wondering if the navy pier color has gone away?

I used to hate the navy pier when I was scoping mavericks.. However, now that I have my maverick, I really don't mind it. which is funny becuase I was a very vocal critic of the BAP combining so much blue and black... and now that I sit in it every day... I dont' mind it at all.

Direct radio swap would be awesome! I’m sure it will not be that easy or even possible though. 😔
Yes, I would gladly pay a chunk of $$ for this is there was a way to upgrade!

I am very excited for this refresh. I bought a Santa Cruz Sel in 2023 as I could not find a Maverick anywhere, and I have loved it. Loved it so much that I have convinced myself that "small trucklets" are exactly what I want, so I am looking to get either a Maverick or a Santa Cruz in the highest trim this time around (as im confident ill keep it).

Cant wait to see what they add. I hope they add a 360 camera, that would be a very nice addition for me.

black or a very dark grey would be welcome in general, but especially on all the exterior paint colors that clash with the navy. (hot pepper red, rapid red, cyber orange)

It won't be - that is Sync 4.
EDIT: It may indeed be Sync 4, see later posts. Bottom bar is same but top bar is Sync 4 style.
This is not Sync 4. This is the new Ford Digital Experience. Ford announced they are ditching Sync and moving to Android Automotive. See more here: https://9to5google.com/2024/01/22/ford-android-automotive-2024-gallery/. Android Automotive is not to be contused with Android Auto which is just the Android version of CarPlay. Android Automotive is a new operating system that supports CarPlay, Android Auto, and lots of apps you can download.

Here's Android Automotive - looks like the spy shot.
