of COURSE...I just traded my 2022 maverick HYBRID (cactus gray) in for a 2024 maverick HYBRID (black with black appearance pkg) and I had 43300 miles. Loved every mile. Over 41 mpg while I owned it. A SOLID 10 on a 1-10 scale in my opinion.

Yes, this is my second Ford Hybrid . The first has been the most reliable vehicle I've owned, it also had a lot of negativity against it.

Unless for some reason 4k or AWD were absolute necessities, which they are not, YES. The Hybrid system is oh so smooth to drive, and yields great mileage.

This is both my first Hybrid and first Truck, and I'm really enjoying the Maverick. I've owned a variety of vehicles over the years from a Chev Impala, Chev Monza, Escape, Eldorado, Windstar (Fixed or Repair Daily), GMC Envoy, Subaru Outback, and now the Maverick Hybrid, and its my favorite thus far.

Remember too that there's "only" 28k members on the forums, which is just over two months of production now that Hermosillo is making 13k Mavericks a month. Threads here are a small sample of the overall production and no one is going to post that they're having a perfectly normal day with their truck.

I was just wondering with all the negative threads about a Maverick hybrids That if you have one or own one would you buy a hybrid again yes or no ?
Yes.

There is still zero competition for the Ford Maverick Hybrid.

I love the high mpg (avg about 38-39) with the upgraded AT tires (Falken Wildpeak Trails in 225/65/17).

I am very eager for the new Toyota Stout Hybrid
(Or whatever Toyota releases to compete).
Would love the reliability known for Toyotas versus Ford.

All the Ford recalls so far and random check engine lights are luckily all non critical issues.

However, if there was a serious issue or critical recall, I would be left up the creek from Ford Service with smiles on their face and their middle fingers happily waving at me.

Timely service from any Ford dealer in my area does not exist (San Antonio, TX area).
I have tried so many times with multiple Ford dealers and just gave up.

Despite my attempts to get the recalls done and check engine light diagnosed, none are done and there is no ETA at all.

So, a Ford warranty or extended warranty is effectively useless since I can't use it, even for the recalls.

Knowing all this, I still love my Maverick Hybrid.
2022 Hybrid with almost 42,000 miles.

But, I can't wait to see the new Toyota truck for a possible swap.
If Toyota is similar (hybrid, around 40mpg, maybe AWD or not), then I'm switching.

Yes.
Canadian 9000km (5600 miles) Zero issues. Fuel economy 5.0 litres per 100 km (47 miles per US gallon) or if I want to brag 56 miles per imperial gallon. A few in my age group remember how we used to measure it up in the north.
