Y’all say the master code is etched in stone, but what if your disgruntled ex posted your master code all over Facebook, Twitter, and other social media?

Surely you could have it changed for a price (maybe a steep price),right?
Likely need to replace the body computer(SJB/GEM?) that has the master code embedded. And, that likely has to be set to the VIN by a dealer, but, perhaps, if you are lucky, FORSCAN might have the ability. Could be a new module can be set by using the 'as built' list, obtainable by VIN from a FoMoCo web site reference somewhere on this site.

I bought a 2005 F150 and never got a code for the keyless entry pad. When I later went to Ford for a service, I asked if they could get me the code. I think when they connect the laptop to the OBCII plug, they can read the display for it. Took a minute to get me the code.

The easiest and most sure way of finding the keyless entry keypad code without the dealer and digging around your truck is to use forscan. When you're looking at the tab that you can select live data. The keypad numbers are one of the options you can look at. That will get you the numbers you need.
Have you verified this on a Maverick?
I looked around in Forscan when this was posted, and could Not find the code anywhere. All I found was where to disable/enable it.

I'm sure it's got to be there somewhere, or maybe not?

thanks for this. If I had bought the truck at the local dealer, they would have done it for free. But it would cost me $120 otherwise. I have just ordered the cable to connect my laptop to the truck. I have also downloaded ForScan, so I am hoping to get the code that way.

Why would you want to do that?

maybe this

Keyless entry key pad procedure
1. Turn the ignition to the 1 (OFF/LOCK) position.
2. Close all the doors.
3. Enter 5–digit entry code
4. Press and hold the 7 • 8. While holding the 7 • 8 press the 3 • 4.
5. Release the 3 • 4.
6. Release the 7 • 8.
The user should receive a horn chirp to indicate the system has been
disabled or a chirp followed by a honk to indicate the system has been
enabled.

Or this

Ford Maverick KEYLESS ENTRY KEYPAD master code? 7424A0DD-3379-4339-99E2-FC1D20A6DA6E

Same for my 2014 Escape, had to look way up in the passenger area to find it.

1. Grab both keys
2. Put one key in and turn it to the the on position, but not running.
3. Turn off and Remove the first key
4. Put the second key in and turn to the on position.
5. Master code displayed on dash.

edit add- might have to wait a 3-5 seconds while in the accessory mode with both keys
Awesome... Had to try and worked like a charm😁. Thanks Rob! I'll try this on my wife's f150... She forgot the code and never used the pad for the last 3 years.

UPDATE.... Rob's directions work on a 2019 F-150 too👍

i am not sure about the Non-Sync 3. but on the infotainment system, there is an option to add other codes, you just need to enter the master code on screen and then make a 2nd code
THE CODE MAY BE ON THE BOX, ON A 2001 EXPLORER SPORT IT WAS WRITTEN ON THE CONTROL UNIT, IN BACK UP INSIDE THE WHEEL WELL. USED A LIGHT AND A MIRROR ON A STICK TO READ IT. THEN CHANGED IT.

The owner's wallet card in the glove box apparently got thrown out with packing material. I do not have the master code for the keyless entry pad. When I went to the local Ford dealer (I did not buy the car from them) they said it would be $120, highway robbery. Is there any way to get around this or hack the code? It is a Maverick XLT hybrid.
