I'm not under any real deadline. We wanted the truck to replace our 2015 Honda Accord Hybrid with a vehicle that could be flat towed behind the motorhome. So we continue to wait for the Lariat hybrid.

Mine changed as well (got an email last week). From 11/06 to 11/13

I am happy as long as it gets built. Already waited over a year, a week or two more will not kill me knowing it will be built either way

Our 2024 Lariat Hybrid originally scheduled for Oct 16 was updated over the weekend to Oct 23rd. So far the second order has stayed at Oct 30th. Anyone else seeing any changes?

Mine was supposed to be built around the 23 of October. I haven’t heard anything new. I am sure the computer is very and haven’t got to mine yet.
Does anyone know if the plant in Mexico is on strike? Are there any parts on/in the truck that are made by Ford USA? I thought I read somewhere that the body was stamped in Mexico. Does Ford actually build the engines or are they built by a third party?

Date changes = Yes. My rollover 23-->24 hybrid Lariat was scheduled for 9/20 and now shows the week of 10/16. No window sticker yet. Based on the VIN it is number 3,170 in the 24 model year but I assume they take them out of order due to constraints and other considerations so it may not literally be the 3,170th to roll of the line. I have a '22 Lariat EB that I will sell but not until I have the keys to the new one.

It would be interesting to know if the VIN number means anything with regard to build sequence. My 23 rollover ends in 3496. Been waiting 13 months what is a couple more weeks except frustrating. But I am grateful to have been scheduled with a VIN.

Sorry ya'll. We got notified July 2022 for an August build, delayed several times to December, then bumped to a 2023 truck. Ordered October 2021, took keys April 2023.

only notice i got was on a xlt tremor stating they're tryiing.....no build date ......also ordered a 24 hybrid lariat.....definitely nothing on it......i'm not in a hurry so they can delay as long as they want.....i've got a 23 lariat hybrid i like.....ordered two more thinking the 24s would be better but it's looking like features are being deleted and hybrid price has increased....i will hold out for the hybrid hoping dealer wants to get my wife out of her lease on her 23 explorer st.....

Nope, they are originally scheduled in blocks of VINs, but are not produced in any kind of VIN order.

When it says scheduled week of ... it can change. When it is scheduled to a day it doesn't usually change. Now with the UAW tantrums some parts suppliers are shutting down which could impact scheduling.

My scheduled week was delayed a few days ago to Week of 11/13. Won't be surprised if delayed further due to limited availability of XL, Hybrid, and . . . wait for it . . . TIRES. We can't make this stuff up.

This will sound crazy to many of you, but I am hoping my Lariat Tremor gets delayed! When I ordered in July I was hoping for an early 2024 build/delivery date as I will be using a maturing CD to pay for it. I thought about cancelling my order, then reordering later, but after missing the order window last year I could not take that chance.

I'm doing something similar and I think that I'll just finance it & use my funds to pay it off once it becomes available.
