Bought Maverick Lariat FX4 yesterday, 2023 model. Missing options;

Bought a used 2023 at Ford dealer in the Houston area with 5k miles in Alto blue. Supposed to be a Lariat with luxury package and copilot 360. It has the FX4 package and the 4k tow package, but missing some items that should have been there.
1 No sprayed in bed liner.
2 No adaptive cruise control.
3 No lane centering assist.
4 Passenger door speaker rattles on bass notes.
5 Console vault (I did not want) but it was not in there either
Original window sticker showed all those options and the prices for them. Dealer sold me a used truck for msrp So I payed tor items I did not get.. about 3260.00 worth. Hard enough to find what I was looking for only to be disappointed.

Make sure you understand the difference between CoPilot 360 and CoPilot 360+Assist. They are not the same. You may have just been mistaken about what is supposed to be included in each of those CoPilot packages.

For the other items, compare the VIN on the window sticker to the VIN on the door frame/lower windshield area. It is extremely unlikely that the items that are on the window sticker are missing from the truck. At least the ones like the bed liner that cant be taken off. Things like the console vault are installed by the dealer, so could be added/removed easily.

The spray-in bedliner would have been a separate line item on the window sticker, it was not part of the Lux package.

Is that how is shows on the WS?

Sounds like this might have been another order unit that was....ordered without Co-Pilot 360 Assist. This is the optional package you MUST add to a lariat luxury and Co-Pilot 360 equipped Maverick. That was a change from 2022 and a LOT of Dealers missed that!

CP360 Assist is required to get items 2 and 3 you posted. It is in addition to CP360.

The dealer listing for his truck is still up, no 360Assist listed, no SIBL, no window sticker posted. My guess is the OP assumed that additional equipment was included that needed to be ordered separately. Of course, if he has a window sticker that shows differently, then it was mis-built.

This happened to me but I was not charged.
For the MY23 these option because stand alone options. I placed my order on 2022 and was rolled over to a 2023. I was not aware of these changes and lost all these features. I asked my dealer and they were no help. Called Ford Marketing and they were the ones that told me that every feature listed above ARE NOW stand alone features.
Looking at your WS, looks very similar to mine. Looks to me that you were not charged extra. You did get charged the vault. I do know that for the EB in the MY23 did go up so maybe that’s what makes you think you were charged. This is what I thought as well. Mine checked out.
If you were charged for those features, I would recommend calling Ford Marketing and make them aware… if you were in fact charged and they can verify through vin, they should refund you. This is what I was told by FM. Good luck.

Wonderfull dealer swapped it for a Hot pepper red truck with the options I wanted. No FX4 but I don't need that. AWD with 4k towing package I won't use. Planet Ford Spring Texas made me very happy.
