So my Maverick has been in production since 5/31 at least according to the Ford tracker. My (last updated) date changed to 6/7 and with it nothing changed on the tracker, still stayed at "in production". I messaged Ford and they said the truck is built with an expected delivery date of 7/10-7/16. Two weeks later nothing has changed, I emailed my dealer and they said they are showing the same expected delivery dates as Ford mentioned which seems optimistic considering I'm in northern Vermont and the truck is supposedly still at the factory in Mexico. The dealer did say they can now see the truck on their locator. Not sure what that means?

I am probably just going crazy and getting impatient. Has anyone had their truck seemingly stuck in production? I have seen others who have mentioned that the tracker isn't the most accurate. I just wonder what might be causing the delay. The first 9 months of waiting really wasn't that bad as I didn't even know if I would ever get a truck, now that I know I will it seems like it is taking a lifetime.

I was able through Ford chat to get the railcar # and use the tracking links(Maverick Tracking Links) to call the railway (CSX) and am seeing daily progress as it heads my way in Florida.

Here is the thread that shows how to get the railcar location update from CSX:

Thank you for the info, according to Ford the truck is still in Mexico and I'm assuming hasn't been moved to rail yet. I look forward to when it does.

Also my tracker page between "Built" and "Shipped" got into a messed up state. I could see the Last Updated Date field was a more recent date than the "Built" date and the tracker was reset back to only showing "Order Confirmed". I took a while for this to get corrected. Probably when the shipped event date occurs.

Makes sense that Ford cannot provide the railcar number until it is loaded. But it might be worth reaching out to your dealership and ask them to bring it up in VinView and see if it shows up and has a railcar number assigned yet. When I visited my dealership, they were able to show me it was in route and it's last location on a map.

I know how you feel. 😬 Been waiting for over 20 months for ours. Good luck! 🤞

Ask your dealer for the rail car # and you can track it as it moves along to your destination on the Maverick truck club site look under "TRACKING" scroll down to to train transport and follow directions you will need the rail car # and only the dealer can give you this!!!

Update: 29 days later it finally changed to built! Better late than never. Hopefully it will ship soon and I will be able to track it. It is weird since both the dealer and Ford chat said it was supposedly built on the 7th. Oh well

Mine was built on the 21st of June and shipped on the 22nd. Dealer called me and said it will be here the week of July 19th. So yes my fingers are crossed

I seem to be stuck in a weird limbo... My scheduled week is 6/30 (a Friday?), but as of 6/22 my In Production indicator went green w/o a date. See this screenshot from yesterday:

I'm curious what will happen in two days on 6/30...

My original production date was supposed to be the week of June 5th. On 5/30 I was showing it went into production and on 5/31 my window sticker generated. On 6/7 the last updated date changed but nothing changed on the tracker. Still not sure what the issue was. Hopefully yours only takes a few days to be built like most seem to be. I wonder if the factory is shut down at all for the 4th holiday. I would guess not as it is in Mexico but who knows.

As I noted in my signature, I have gotten my window sticker (on 6/25). I'll be watching my tracker at least daily. I'm not expecting them to take the 4th off. I work for an international company and each facility takes holidays based on where they are located. (I can't contact any of my coworkers who work in China during the Chinese New Year week, much like they can't contact any of us here in the US around Christmas, Thanksgiving, the 4th, etc.)

You will get abuilt e-mail tomorrow saying it has been built and it will ship out 2 or 3 days later and you will rec/e-mail saying it has shipped if it goes by rail it will reach your destination in 2/weeks from the time it was shipped and then it will sit in the rail/head for another 2 or 3 weeks waiting to be picked up by carrier and del to your dealer so you are looking at 4 to 5 weeks from shipped date till you pick it up!!!

Looks like you and are are in the same batch. I experienced the same exact date shift and remain clueless about the changing "week of" date. My schedule date was originally 6/26 then 6/29 and now 6/30 (all dates within the same week makes no sense). At this point I've given up on understanding it and just get excited to see any kind of progress.
