I had the message once while the truck was in the body shop for a week and a half. The app said to drive it around for awhile to charge the battery which I did after I picked it up. No issues since.
I'm hoping it's just from when it was in transit, but I'll definitely post an update after I get her fully charged and reset the battery monitor system.

Not to worry. If I don't drive mine for more than 4-5 days, I'll get the "deep sleep" message. I've never had a problem in nearly 4 months. These trucks protect themselves from letting the battery getting too low. Earlier Mavericks had more of an issue.

I have a voltmeter/USB thingy plugged into my dash's 12volt outlet. Instantly when I turn it on, the HV battery is charging it and it reads 14.5v.

I've put 160 miles on mine so far but it wasn't enough to come out of deep sleep by itself, so once I get her charged fully I'm hoping that does it!

That "Deep Sleep" message won't go away on its own. You need to delete it from FordPass each time it appears there. It is a message, not a current status.

For me it's not in messages? It's a banner on the top of the app... Weird.

If you've manually turned it on after getting that message, it really should go away. Try closing the app and re-opening it after you start the Maverick. THAT notice should go away automatically, unlike the messages about deep sleep. Ford's IT is glitchy everywhere.

I've tried everything, nothing makes that message go away. Even completely uninstalling and removing cash and files from my phone unpairing and repairing still it comes back.

Well, that's not normal. Mine went away after starting once. Same with my 2020 Transit. Its an RV, so it goes into deep sleep while in storage, despite the fact that I keep a trickle charger on the chassis battery. Seems to be based on both voltage AND time. But my Maverick does NOT behave like yours. Sorry

I appreciate the input nonetheless, I'm just trying to figure it out. I charged the battery up before I took off tonight. Then did a battery monitor reset, still nothing.

Grabbing one of those now. Thank you for the insight, if I can't get it to drop off after an all night charge tonight, I might have to look at the dealership sideways. Lol!
I bought other brands...probably all off ebay.

I got one that was completely fake. It read 12.5V no matter what the actual voltage was. I contacted the seller and he just gave me a full refund...didn't even offer a replacement, so I suspect he knew it was a fraud. Here is my order, with the seller shown. So stay away from this one....
