More than $11,000 more than i paid for it. Should I sell?

I would at that price, then find yourself a nice used ranger as an upgrade.
I sold my Ranger that I had for 19 years and put 194k miles on to get the Maverick.

That and don't forget the sales tax you paid when buying the truck, and any sunk costs of interest if you've been making payments. Might not quite be $11k in pure profit.

What if you are retired?
I'd say talk to a tax advisor if you are thinking about taking it. Capital gains are reportable regardless of earned income.

I think you might not pay capital gains if your income is under $40000. Definitely talk to a tax advisor.
