Anyone have luck with a lift or leveling kit on the 2023 FWD Hybrid? I currently have 225/60/R18 tires on, was looking to go up to 245/60/R18 with a leveling kit. Anyone know of any issues with doing that on the hybrid?

The FWD rear suspension is different than AWD, so most lift kits won't be compatible unless clearly stated otherwise. You should be okay with certain leveling kits assuming they aren't raising the rear also.
I've got the Rough Country 1" leveling kit waiting to install. There is someone else in the reviews confirming it works on the hybrid.

Great info, thank you. I have messages to HRG Offroad and Rough Country asking about their options as well, wait for responses. What size tires you on?

I believe the front ends are the same on all of the Mavericks. There are 4 leveling kits that I know of...

Rough Country - These definitely work (and the cheapest option). But they recently went from a metal spacer to a plastic spacer. Most resellers still show the metal spacer on their websites. I contacted a few resellers and they confirmed that they are 'drop shippers' for RC....So you will be receiving the plastic spacers. I prefer steel over plastic, so I did not go with this option. Also, I believe from this forum and another I follow...RC's customer service sucks.

RangerLiftKits.com - https://fordrangerlifts.com/shop/ols/products/xn-2022-2023-maverick-2-front-only-level-kit-gr1z Their leveling kit is similar to the old version (steel) of RC. Looks good and some good reviews. Also, descriptions shows that it works with the hybrid (description says lift is 2.25 inches - typo?). This strengthens my belief that all of the front ends are the same on the Mavericks. This kit is pricey for what you are getting...

Zone Offroad - https://zoneoffroad.com/products/1-in-leveling-kit-2022-ford-maverick?variant=40209942413400 This is similar to both RC and RangerLiftKits. Price point on this kit is pretty good. I cannot find any reviews on this leveling kit. Also seems to be on backorder. I originally purchased this leveling kit but the vendor contacted me...3-6 week backorder.

HRG leveling kit - this leveling kit states that it works with hybrid. Again, strengthens my belief that all of the front ends are the same on the Mavericks. Kind of pricey, but it does include some extra parts (I do not know if they are all necessary). It does include camber bolts ($50 part). My installer says those are highly recommended. Good reviews on this product.

I ended up going with the HRG. Hopefully I will receive it in the next few days. If you go HRG, buy from their ebay store..$20 bucks cheaper.

I will update after install. You can find some reviews of these products on the BroncoSport forum. It appears that the maverick shares a similar front end with the bronco sport.

Good luck with your choice.

I’ve installed the HRG level and didnt like the way it looked. Be prepared to use those camber bolts cause it gets pretty bad alignment wise. I also heard a slight clunck which I believe to be the new sway bar link. Nonetheless, I was given a refund so good company.

Dam...that is what I didnt want to hear about HRG. But my installer said HRG was good (in addition to the reviews on bronco sport).

What did you replace the HRG with?

Not too worried about mileage, i only put around 2500 miles a year, its a 3rd vehicle. Personally just like the look with a little bigger tires on them from some of the pages ive seen.

Same goes for me. My other rig is a Bronco. I am averaging over 40 mpg on the Hybrid Mav. If it goes down a few MPG...no worries - it will never be as bad as the Bronco (16 mpg) LOL

I went with the leveling kit from HRG. Very similar kit to the one you linked.
No issues with the front only level kit?

I thought the HRG 1.5 front/rear didn't work with the Hybrids for the back, due to some difference in the rear between hybrid and Ecoboost?

My understanding is that all of the mavericks have the same front end. I haven’t compared my hybrid to eco maverick.

the description on HRG says works with all mavericks.

also, other threads on this forum have reported that they all have the same front ends.

I would recommend some further research. I have my kit….but still on the fence as far as installing.

I plan to run nitto grapplers . Iam still debating whether a 1 inch bigger tire is worth install costs and the leveling kit cost.
