No FITS kit for me????

Greetings,
I picked up my Maverick on Oct. 25th, exactly one year from ordering it.
My dealer just informed me that I was not getting a FITS kit and advised me that I need to call Ford CS.
I just called Ford and they are unaware of me getting a FITS kit.
Any thoughts or advice is appreciated!

I can't find the email, so maybe I didn't make the cut off date ... I ordered Oct. 25th, 2021.

I ordered around Oct 29th of last year and I never received any email saying I was getting a FITS kits. From what I hear we're not really missing out on much.

I don't know the cutoff.... but they were for early hybrid orders only. Like June/July orders.

And even then chances are good your dealer stole it so that they could sell it to someone else.

THIS- i got mine last year when i picked up my early order Hybrid and it's just some 3D printed quality bins/accessories. there's better stuff on the market and i'd say the overall value of what i got was about $20

They want $85 for it. Just thought I was getting a free kit due to having to wait so long for my Maverick. But guess I missed the cut off date.

How did people get their FITs kit. I ordered 9/20/21 and I did get the e-mail, but when I got the truck the dealer said they had no idea.

I went to the parts department and they had it. I had asked my salesman to check with the parts department several times and he kept saying Ford is mailing it to me. I finally just went on my own to get it. Lol

I ordered my FE Hybrid on 18 August 2021 and never received an email about the fits package nor received a package.
