Just watched Tim's Episode 58 Live Stream.

Edit: I just watched Episode 59 Live Stream and here is the updated information from Episode 59

He mentioned that they have 794 orders as one got canceled

Of the 794 orders the breakdown is such:

132 XL's or 16.6%
449 XLT's or 56.6%
213 Lariat's or 26.8%

Of the 794 orders 545 (68.6%) are Hybrids and 249 (31.4%) are EcoBoosts.
So about a 2.2 to 1 ratio of Hybrids to EcoBoosts.

Fords Constraint of 35% Hybrid to 65% EcoBoost ratio is pretty much the opposite at 2.03 EcoBoost to Hybrid.

Edit: 9/21 @6:53 PM to correct some math and have the videos queued
Edit: 9/17 @9:53 PM to input final order details and remove videos

Did Tim address the rumors on FB that allocations for MY23 are limited to 20%?
A dealership posted it, but it isnā€™t a known source.

He said that he expected Ford to increase production because they had said they would. So that's why he was comfortable taking more orders than he sold last year. He's expecting an increased production and therefore an increased allotment.

Tim said that in allocation information announced by dealers like the 11 mentioned are either for Stock Orders not Retail Orders or that there is something wrong with the numbers released.

So basically just wait until further details emerge.

I was listening to hear how many Tremor orders he took in. Anyone hear that? @fordvideoguy ? I wonder how many of those are new vs MY22 rollover?

Did he mention anything about Chapmanā€™s email to customers stating they were only receiving 11 allocations for the entire ā€˜23 year?

Thank you

EcoBoost orders are still open until tomorrow night at 10 PM ET. That includes Tremor orders.

So maybe his live stream on Thursday will have those numbers.

On the flip side, the trim breakdown almost matches Ford's estimates exactly.
I noticed that too. The problem I see is that 80% of the orders are Hybrids.

"...with 80% of them Hybrids.."

That jumped out at me too.

A few days ago Tommy Brogan over on the facebook group posted that of his 25 orders 21 (84%) were for hybrids too.

With that imbalance I would not be surprised if some Ecoboosts starting making it to dealers lots or they reopen the order book for Ecoboosts.

I had placed my order for an XL hybrid with Copilot 360 before I started seeing more of this information which made getting it look unlikely.

I ended up placing a second order for an XLT Lux Ecoboost which I expect to be a lot easier to get since getting the original order looks like a longshot.

He didn't mention them specifically but brought up how on Facebook and online he saw those postings. Like mentioned above, he believes those must be stock allocations or a glitch in the system ad he doesn't think it's possible to be that few.

80% hybrid seemed expected as those closed the earliest and were harder to get for 22s. Dealers could still order Ecoboosts so there were more of them on the lots people could buy if they wanted that engine and not wait for a 23 order.

My dealer was actively steering people away from hybrid but would still place them. Fortunately, I went EB.
