I am thinking about getting a combo (Bed rack plus at least one cross bar on the roof) for carrying it inflated.

Let us know what you do and how you like it. There's no existing place on the roof for a cross bar. So it's temp or drilling.

Looks great! Exactly why I got mine with the bed extender. Curious what it would look like with 3 boards loaded together. I have a 9’0” Longboard, 9’10”SUP, 9’8” Kayak. I love the keyless entry so you don’t have to hide keys outside of the truck.

And for added security Ford has a under the rear seat vault safe available for $438.00 but you should be able to get your salesman to get you his 23% employee discount to make it a little more affordable, I surf here in Hawaii and will be getting one for my Maverick.
This one has way more room than the center console model that Ford also sells for the Maverick

No problem. I have some 10'6" SUP's I'll also show on the extender as well as some 9' surfboards.

I'll also do some photos of kayaks in there when it warms up.

I'm getting racks regardless but for right now still can get my SUP in there for some winter surfing.

I’m still waiting for my Maverick, have a 11.6 sup…I guess the bed extender will work

Here’s my 6’ fish. Didn’t feel like hauling out the 8’6 but others already have examples.

does a 6' fit in diagonal with the tailgate closed? i want a topper but may just get the racks.
