132 days for XLT. Ecoboost AWD, luxury, tow,co pilot, mats, spare, mud flaps and passenger tool box.. 132 days of anticipation… no build date but Hope springs eternal… truth be told I’m looking at local Honda dealers New Ridgelines…. $39,000 - not much higher than my Maverick order, and they are in stock.

The process to date is nobody will tell you anything or communicate in any way. The region and dealer decide and it all comes down to allocations. Dealer has some then you get truck - doesn’t have any then no truck for you.

Just checked how long its been since folks were mentioning count of days. Only been waiting for 81 at this point.

Still be nice to get a scheduling email, since even then I'm looking at another couple of months before delivery. At least there would be some progress.

128 days of complaining about not having a truck and counting, then hopefully 365 days of complaining about having truck payments, then begins the complaining about not having a bigger truck. My wife is a saint.

As the email sent to me by the General Manager of my dealership indicated, (I quoted it in a post on the previous page), some orders, even going back as far as June of last year like mine, may not get built this model year. Clearly, my dealer had very few allocations, not enough to handle the orders he took. No allocations, no truck no matter how early the order was made. It all depends on the clout of the dealer and mine is a small mom/pop operation in a little country town. I should have known better but wanted to keep things local, never suspecting that you could not order and receive a Ford from a Ford dealership!

According to the email I was sent, Ford told my dealer that some orders would have to be carried over to the 2023 model year, even those in June and July like mine. So be prepared for that if you ordered early and do not receive an email from Ford today that says your order has been scheduled.

"Technically" the ignition isn't manual. After inserting the key, you just give it a quick turn and release - the vehicle will continue to turn over until it starts without you continuing to hold the key in a forward start position. Basically it is a keyed start button.
Well that is interesting... but now it really makes me wonder why they didn't just go the extra step to put the button in. Sounds like the behind-the-scenes stuff is already in place! Now I'm wondering if you could aftermarket or hack a button in the future.
