Do you want one that "flips up" (folds up all three sections so it stands up)? A lot of "tri-folds" are actually "bi-folds" where section closest to the cab is always flat, blocking the bed. The better ones are the "flip-up" type that don't block the bed by more than a few inches but they cost more.

The better known flip-ups are from BakFlip (the MX4) and Rough Country, I have the Rough Country which is lightweight and cannot have a heavy load put on top (45lb weight limit) where the BakFlip can hold about 400lb of evenly distributed load. The Rough Country is less expensive.

I did replace the clamps that came with mine so that I could use the cargo rail, many of the tonneau covers come with clamps that are too big and block it. The link that @Shawshi gave also has a model that is a flip-up for more money. But the clamping system on the Tomoka to lock down the panels is not as nice as on my RC or the BakFlip MX4, they jut downwards into the cargo area (you can see in the customer review images) where the RC does not.

The trim level doesn't matter - The bed size are all the same.
As noted, the "best" depends on how you intend to use it.
If you plan on frequently carrying a lot of cargo, a flip up giving you access to most of the bed might be beneficial.

Myself, I have the three piece that I can fold without covering the rear window like a flip up does.
If I need the full bed, the entire cover can be removed, but that seldom happens.
I typically don't even use half of the bed space.

There are also roll ups and even powered options if you really want to spend a lot of money.
For me, that would be overkill.

I bought an AutoSaver8 from Amazon for a little over $300.
It's has an effective weather seal, is easy to put on, partially flip up and fully remove.
It's also very secure and you can even walk on it as it's rated to handle 400 pounds.
When removed, there is no trace it was ever installed.

My 23 came with a Rough County tri-fold (or double fold as the wags call it). I was not necessarily buying the truck to haul lots of stuff. What I liked was since I also had a locking tailgate, I had a fairly safe place to carry stuff.

This was the reason I bought one since I sometimes park in the areas with problematic populations. A determined thief will break in no matter what but having the tonneau cover prevents opportunistic thievery of whatever I might have in the bed.

Part of the reason for me as well.
You don't need Fort Knox, just make it more trouble than it's worth, and with no visibility to what may be an empty bed, for 99% of any population, it's more trouble than it's worth.

If it's just a soft cover, a pen knife works as a key, but with a substantial cover, somebody is going to notice anybody power sawing their way into your truck bed.

Not only keeping things out of sight, but keeping things dry in the rain is another good reason.

I made the mistake of ordering the Ford one when I ordered my 24. Extremely overpriced but I impulsively added it because I wanted one. Definitely should’ve done some research beforehand.

Well, no, not actually. The term "bi-fold" refers to an item that has two sections that fold together on a single crease or hinge. The term "tri-fold" refers to an item that has three sections that fold together on two parallel creases or hinges. The "bi" and "tri" portions of the terms don't refer to the number of creases/hinges or times they fold, but the number of sections that fold together.

The most accurate terminology for what you're referring to in the Bakflip is "flip-up trifold" further differentiating them from standard tri-fold (not bi-fold) covers.
