I went to pick up my Hybrid AWD Lariat this afternoon. The salesman told me that Ford just today bumped up their $500 discount to $1,000 until 4th July.

Wow, the truck was delivered to the dealership on Sunday, but the salesmen was off that day and Monday. If he hadn't of taken that time off, I would have picked the truck up earlier and missed out on saving $500!

Yes! It helped make up for that there was no cap on the "dealer fee", but still was about $1K less than the X-Plan. BTW, USAF Veteran here. Some of my best times were serving with Jarheads!

I was army 3/21/196th "Gimlets" light infantry in Vietnam attached to marines during khe Sanh, spent just over two weeks at Nhi Ha (29 dead 300-400 wounded) = not vacation. Lots of N Vietnam regulars. Only medic carrying sniper rifle, but hey got match ammo and had scope!!!

This Military Bonus Cash Incentive is only available to active military personnel and those within 2 years of separation. Since your separation date is over 2 years you unfortunately do not qualify for this incentive. However, you might qualify for our other military incentives, if you are a DAV member or a Veterans Advantage member, for additional incentives on Ford or Lincoln vehicles. They must of just changed it to drop the 2 year threshold. This says all veterans and makes no mention of 2 year limit. I ran through it with the id.me and received a confirmation and certificate number to give to dealer

WOW, I separated a long time ago and I just used the id.me and it verified me. What timing. I should be taking delivery of the truck just before this expires. Fingers crossed. Looks like I can't use it with the Farm Bureau discount, but I will take $1000 over $500 discount any day.

Odd they wouldn’t offer it nationwide but I guess for whatever reason some dealerships don’t or can’t offer it. Only thing I could think of that would explain the different offers

Very nice. I hope I make it in time. I even hope that Ford extends the employee pricing and maybe the Veteran discounts longer....could sell a lot more Mavericks..
