Seatbelt silencer

My dog riding shotgun occasionally causes the seatbelt chime to go off. Has anyone used a seatbelt silencer? Just want to make sure the one I get fits. What I'm looking at:

You have choices.
Turn off the chime as "oysterville" suggested. Buckle the seatbelts behind the dog.
If you're still intent on buying those buckle inserts. Take a picture of your seatbelt buckles. Compare them to the Amazon product and go from there.

Don't know if those fit but I got mine from Amazon and they had a red color cost a couple bucks less than those and they fit fine. Was able on all my other ford trucks over the years to de activate the seat belt chime but for whatever reason on the Maverick I never could figure it out!

Deactivating the seatbelt chime through the Mav is one of those "do these 8 steps then throw salt over your shoulder while doing the hokey-pokey" instructions. I hate those. You also have to do it for each seat you want deactivated (as I'm reading it). I don't care about reprogramming the baby, I just want to stick a pacifier in it's mouth so it will shut up!

Our son-in-law allowed his black lab to ride shotgun which cost him a new windshield on a sudden stop, dog was none the worse for wear but try explaining that to insurance.

I just turned all my seatbelt chimes and dash messages off using Forscan this past weekend. Now I don't have that annoying popup every time I start the truck, and it's awesome.

I did too. But the rear seats are hard to get buckled if yur a half assed size adult with the oem seat belt clasps without the extenders.
I have a sticker that says "BUT DID YOU DIE?" On my dash, so, ya people want the seat belts. LMFAO!!!!!!
