A simple task, I thought. Open the Ford Pass app and find when I should change the oil in my Ford Maverick. Four hours and 10 phone calls to Ford customer service later, I still don't have an answer. Auto service was much easier in the 70s, 80s and 90s when the internet wasn't around to "speed things up" and "make things more efficient and productive."
Anyone else have Ford Pass app problems? I have lost all my Ford Rewards points and assess to one of the two vehicles in my account.
At this point I am thinking about uninstalling the Ford Pass App and going without it.

I have not. I just checked mine and it showed my oil life percentage, and it showed tire pressure, and pretty much everything else it's supposed to show. I have not had a problem with it since I got my vehicle in July.

I assume you have uninstalled and reinstalled the Ford Pass app? Otherwise, I am not sure how to help you.

The oil life monitor should be accessible through the dash menu, as is all the other info the APP would have.
Personally, I deleted the APP shortly after receiving the reward points and removed the fuse for the Telematics. I have no need to use my phone to interact with the truck, especially since I have the factory installed remote start on my key fob, and Noone else (Ford, the dealer or "third party partners") has any need to know either the vehicle status, what features of the vehicle I use regularly, the vehicle location, or my personal driving habits

In short IMHO delete the APP, odds are you won't miss it.

I mainly use the FordPass app to remote start the vehicle. I don’t have a remote start on my key fob. Once I use up all my Ford rewards points, I’ll delete the app.
Which fuse do I pull out to render the telemetrics to Ford in operable?

I'm old school. Screw the electronics. I use the peel away stickers on the inside of my windshield with the next oil change mileage on it. Replace it every 5,000 miles. Easy Peasy

Where is such a fuse located? Maybe there is an open topic on this issue? Thank you!

As others have said I deleted the Ford Pass app that the salesperson at the dealer "helpfully" installed it for me when I picked the truck up. I removed it a couple of days later after reading up on it. The app spies on you. Logs all your driving, where you are. That is NOT WORTH a tiny bit of money I can use for an occasional free oil change. Same way as my declining to have State Farm log all my driving for a few bucks off the insurance.

Everyone that uses this app needs to realize what is going on. And that if involved in an accident and the police request it Ford gives it up.

As OleFordGuy posted, fuse #11/12 in the BCM fuse panel located on the passenger front footwell below the dash/glovebox. The fuse box cover is located just foward of where the factory floor mats end.

ETA: the fuse is a three prong fuse. Circuit 12 is not used so removing the fuse only effects the Telematics.

Will there be any error or alert that keeps saying you have no fuse or now you don't have this feature and need to call for service?
