This will pretty much exactly my use case scenario, minus the rock/mud slide part, of course. I will likely go with a more aggressive tire, though, so I'd love to see a KO2 video come up eventually. I'd like to have slightly more tire than truck, so that I never feel like I'm leaving anything on the vine, so to speak.

That’s not snow 😂

I’ll be running Michelin X-Ice Snow SUV for the winter in Canada

Thanks Ryan. Loved the video! I live in Ellensburg and have ridden that route on my motorcycle 8 or 10 times. Beautiful ride! The spot where you had to turn around is steeper and more difficult than the camera makes it appear. My Hot Pepper Red Maverick is supposed to be produced in two weeks. Even after I get it, I think I'll stick with the motorcycle over that stretch of the road.

Well, a much better showing of the Maverick but I so hoped it would make it all the way.

Looks good, and what I expected with decent tires.

Very impressed, more than I anticipated and more than I will ever need. The Maverick did well for what it is, it’s not a serious off road vehicle but it it is a versatile ride that can handle plenty. For normal folks it will be more than enough.
Good tires and the Maverick will do everything that I need and what 99.9% of the owners will need. I am liking my decision to get one more and more. I know the eco won’t rival the hybrid mpg but I am so glad that I got the eco AWD with FX4 it will handle the winter weather and back roads plenty good. Mine should be delivered in about 2weeks and I am absolutely, positively thrilled to own a Maverick.

I live in Washington State. I'd never have traversed the mudslide anyway. Will meet my needs driving on the beach and on forest roads and trails. But to be honest, I will spend way, way more hours driving on I-5 bumper to bumper than I will ever be off the paved road.

I feel that he didn't try hard enough because he bought that Maverick! He's being overly careful with the truck.
I would have liked to see the Cooper at3 235/65/17 to see how well they do on snow, mud, etc...

I cant stand watching this guy. He is one of the bigest pussies out there. A nerd. He babies everything and does everything wrong. Why would you start at the obstacle and try and crawl over it instead of building up speed and momentum? Again, this guy is a tool.

Woah bring it down a notch, big guy. You could have just said he could have made it had he been a more knowledgeable driver.

Even if you're right in your assesment of his manhood and driving abilities, I still think it's a very accurate representation of what an average guy with kids in the back can expect from his Mav. No way I would have gotten much more aggressive on that mud slide with my personal vehicle either tbh.
