Reading through the manual it gives information for AWD, which clearly means FORD is planning on a HYBRID AWD model.

good find.
This is probably the reason why there has been many issues posted regarding 'deep sleep' and defected battery from hybrid owners. most likely because their trucks have been sitting on a train for a month or more before it got delivered.

It was NOT a late availability option but was planned initially with some orders actually taken but wound up being CANCELLED before production. Was unclear why it was cancelled.
